RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Right of Withdrawal In accordance with European consumer rights legislation (Directive 2011/83/EU), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without having to provide any reason.

📦 Return with Refund If the product is not what you expected, you can return it within 14 days of delivery.

  • Return shipping costs are at your expense.
  • Once we have received and checked the shoes, we will refund the full amount paid for the product within 14 days of receiving the return.
  • The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
  • Plus, we're offering you a €7.90 discount coupon to use on your next order (equivalent to free shipping).

🔁 Change (Size or Model) Want to change your size or choose a different model? No problem, we'll take care of everything:

  • The return shipping costs and the shipping of the new item are at our expense.
  • Just contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@cristhalia.it and we will guide you step by step.
  • Please note: once an exchange has been made, it will not be possible to request a further exchange or return for the same order.

✅ Return Conditions To be accepted, the product must be:

  • Not worn (only tried on at home)
  • In perfect condition, no signs of wear
  • With all original tags still attached
  • In the original box, intact and undamaged
  • Complete with all accessories and documents received

🚫 Cases in which we cannot accept returns or exchanges

  • Products used or worn outside
  • Damaged or dirty products
  • Products without original labels
  • Products without the original box or with a damaged box

  • You have 14 days from delivery to request a return
  • The refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product.
  • The time it takes for the funds to reach your account depends on your bank (usually 3-5 business days).
