Welcome to www.cristhalia.it!
Here you will find all the important information regarding purchases on our website. Please read carefully.

About Us

We are CNS FOOTWEAR by Streppa Cristiano, based in Sant’Elpidio a Mare (FM), Italy. When you place an order with us, a contract is established, which is considered accepted as soon as we confirm your order.

How Orders Work

After placing an order, we will send you a confirmation email with all the details: date, time, and order number to use for any future communication. Please check that all information is correct and notify us immediately if any changes are needed.

Accepted Payments

Credit Card:
Payment is charged immediately and securely through our payment system.

PayPal:
Payment is processed immediately and securely via PayPal. You can complete your purchase even without a PayPal account.

Bitcoin:
Payment is processed immediately via the Bitcoin network, including both on-chain and Lightning Network transactions. On-chain transactions are considered complete after the second confirmation. Bitcoin is accepted exclusively as a payment method. All prices, invoicing, and tax obligations are expressed and regulated in Euros (€), in accordance with applicable law.

Delivery

Delivery is curbside (at the entrance of the delivery address). Upon receiving your package, always check that the number of parcels and the condition of the packaging are correct.

If you notice any issues or damage, immediately note them on the delivery document with a written “inspection reservation”. Signing without reservations may prevent you from filing claims for visible damage later.

If the package is not collected by the courier within 5 business days due to failed delivery, the order will be returned, and a return fee may apply.

Disclaimer / Limitation of Liability

Product images and descriptions are for illustrative purposes only and may not exactly reflect the delivered product. We are not responsible for any delays or non-acceptance of orders due to force majeure events (strikes, natural events, transportation problems, etc.).
