Orders marked as "In Stock – Estimated Delivery: 3–5 Business Days" are shipped within 48 hours of receiving payment. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination area.

Orders marked as "Made to Order – Estimated Delivery: 15–20 Business Days" are shipped within 15–17 days of receiving payment. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination area.

Delivery

Delivery is curbside (at the entrance of the delivery address). Upon receiving the package, always check that the number of parcels and the condition of the packaging are correct.

In case of damage or issues, immediately note them on the delivery document with a written “inspection reservation”. Signing without reservations may prevent you from filing claims for visible damage later.

If the package is not collected by the courier within 5 business days due to failed delivery, the order will be returned, and a return fee may apply.
