RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

⚖️ Right of Withdrawal In accordance with European consumer rights legislation (Directive 2011/83/EU), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without providing any reason.

📦 Return with Refund If the product is not what you expected, you may return it within 14 days of delivery.

Here’s how it works:

  • Return shipping costs are at your expense
  • Once the footwear has been received and inspected, we will refund the full amount paid for the product within 14 days of receiving the return
  • The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase
  • In addition, we offer you a €7.90 discount voucher to use on your next order (equivalent to free shipping)

🔁 Exchange (Size or Model) Would you like to change the size or choose another model? No problem, we’ll take care of everything:

  • Return shipping costs and the shipping costs for the new item are at our expense
  • Simply contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@cristhalia.it and we will guide you step by step
  • Please note: once an exchange has been completed, it will no longer be possible to request an additional exchange or return for the same order

✅ Return Conditions To be accepted, the product must be:

  • Unworn (only tried on indoors)
  • In perfect condition, with no signs of wear
  • With all original tags still attached
  • In the original box, intact and undamaged
  • Complete with all accessories and documents received

🚫 Cases in which we cannot accept a return or exchange

  • Products used or worn outdoors
  • Damaged or dirty products
  • Products without original tags
  • Products without the original box or with a damaged box

📞 How to Request a Return To initiate a return or exchange, contact us within 14 days of delivery:

⏱️ Timeframes

  • You have 14 days from delivery to request a return
  • The refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product
  • The time required for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank (usually 3–5 business days)

📋 Order Cancellation

You may request cancellation of your order under the following conditions:

  • Cancellation window: within 12 hours of payment
  • Condition: the order must not have been shipped yet
  • How to request it: contact us immediately and provide your order number:
  • Cost: no cancellation fee
  • After shipment: the order can no longer be cancelled. You may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the product, as stated in this policy.

  • The right of withdrawal applies only to purchases made online
  • In the case of a defective or incorrect product, all shipping costs are at our expense
