TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

Who we are

We are CNS FOOTWEAR di Streppa Cristiano , based in Sant'Elpidio a Mare (FM). When you place an order with us, we enter into a contract that is deemed accepted as soon as we confirm your order.


How the order works

After you place your order, we'll send you a confirmation email with all the details: date, time, and order number to use for any future communications. Please double-check that everything is correct and, if necessary, let us know immediately of any changes.


Payments accepted

  • Credit Card and PayPal: Payment is immediately and securely debited via PayPal (you don't need a PayPal account). If the order is cancelled, the balance will be released according to your bank's schedule.

  • Bank transfer: The order will be held until we receive proof of payment via email within 3 business days. You must complete the transfer within 7 days of accepting the order, otherwise it will be automatically canceled. Remember to include your order number in the payment reference.


Delivery

Delivery is made at street level. When you receive the package, check that the number of packages and the integrity of the packaging are correct. If you find any problems or damage, immediately note it on the delivery document with a written "inspection reservation." If you sign without reservations, you will not be able to make any subsequent claims for visible damage.

If you don't collect your package from the courier within 5 working days (due to failed delivery), the order will be returned to us and you may be charged a surcharge.


Limitations of liability

Product images and descriptions are for illustrative purposes only and may not accurately reflect the product delivered. We are not responsible for any delays or failure to accept orders due to force majeure (strikes, natural events, transportation problems, etc.).


Returns and warranties

If the product is not what you expected, you can return it within 14 days of delivery.
Here's how it works:

Return shipping costs are at your expense.

Once we receive and inspect the shoes, we will refund the price you paid.

Plus, we're offering you a €7.90 discount coupon to use on your next order (equivalent to free shipping).

🔁 Change (Size or Model)
Do you want to change your number or choose another model?
No problem, we'll take care of everything:

We will cover the return shipping costs and the cost of shipping the new item.

Just contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll guide you step by step.

Please note: Once an exchange has been made, it will not be possible to request a further exchange or return for the same order.

Applicable law and competent court

The contract is governed by Italian law, and in the event of any dispute, the competent court is the Court of Fermo. You can also use the European online dispute resolution platform: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/ .
